SST offer a comprehensive Service & Maintenance Contract at competitive rates so that you can depend on each component of your security system operating at its optimum. A skilled engineer will conduct a preventative maintenance visit every 12 months.

Saving Money

Regular servicing of equipment will also ensure maximum component life and minimise the risk of system failures occurring. In the event that you do need to call an engineer you will save money by avoiding expensive non-contracted hourly rates.

Under the agreement we will provide:

• Labour and parts for repairs
• Annual site visit and full system performance diagnostic
• Priority service between 08:30 and 17:30 from Monday to Friday
• Unlimited call-outs
• Technical help-line available during normal office hours
• Free advice about improving your system

SST will also undertake a thorough service of all your system's components.

This includes:

• Camera connections
• Performance and focus check, camera coverage and movement (if applicable)
• Performance of the system recording device and control units
• Quality of playback / retrieved images (CCTV)
• Complete a full site and lighting assessment, test power supply and back-up unit condition and performance
• Provide a detailed service report
• Provide advice and answer user queries

Maintenance contracts are payable annually in advance, commencing 12 months from the date of completion of the installation. Alternatively the costs can be added to the lease payments (if this option is taken)
